What do you like best? Ability to Check-In/Check-Out while collaborating on a document andSalesforce integration is great. The Doc Launcher makes merge templates powerful. What do you dislike? It's a decently pricey add on if you have a large Salesforce user base. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
