"Easy to learn and easy to use"

What do you like best about Document360? I can import Word documents. Since most of our existing documentation is in Word, it saved a great deal of time to simply import them instead of recreating from scratch. Also I like how intuitive the product is. "Document360 is one of the best knowledge base platform for our customer support system."

What do you like best about Document360? One feature about Document360 that I would say stands out the most is the fact that it is easy for me to use even though I don't have any experience using HTML. Around 2 hours of training is all that is required. What do you like best about Document360? Knowledge Base Assistant. The KB Assistant can be integrated into your website. The Sales Team has done a great job. The Support they provide is good. What do you like best about Document360? The best feature, by far, has been the ability to upload a Word document to create an article. If the Word doc is properly formatted with heading Document 360 has the option to parse out each section as its own "step"/article. Authoring time is significantly reduced. "Great not only for SaaS Documentation"

What do you like best about Document360? Ease of setup, well organized and a plethora of useful features, such as versioning, reader groups, self signup and mixed accesses. What do you dislike about Document360? Because it is a complete application, the setup sometimes can be a little scary. What problems is Document360 solving and how is that benefiting you?
