What do you like best about Document360? We love the access permissions and the integration with zendesk. We can also customize the look and feel based on our company. What do you dislike about Document360? The setup pages can be a little clunky at times. What problems is Document360 solving and how is that benefiting you? We converted our product user guides from PDF's to articles in Doc360 which allows us to stay much more up to date.

What do you like best about Document360? It is one of the best writer-friendly tools in the market. Doc360 gave us the platform to build our documentation from scratch. It comes with a lot of cool features and a home page builder with customization which makes the tool unique. What do you dislike about Document360? Nothing much about the tool. From my experience it is quite satisfying. What problems is Document360 solving and how is that benefiting you? It helped us in digitally saving the archives. especially the history being available, it is fantastic.
