What do you like best? I like being able to easily modify our presentations after we already send a trackable link to people. What do you dislike? Not being able to personalize the URL, maybe it's just the plan I have. Not sure. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? First of all the operation is so simple that anyone no matter their technical level could use it without any problem. What do you like best? Works as advertised. Easy to learn. Most investors are familiar with it and don't mind the links. What do you dislike? Keyboard shortcuts would be great, to launch and use from Gmail. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Version control of previously sent docs. DocSend meets the bare minimum for content storage and sharing, but is easy to use
What do you like best? DocSend makes it very easy to organize and find content, if you search by using the folder structure, not the search bar. Sending content via links straight from your email, or creating a Space for a prospect is easy enough, once you train and reinforce adoption. What do you dislike? Within DocSend, things can only exist in one place. If the user does not know where they are, the search functionality can spit out a lot of results, making it hard to know ...

It is very confortable to link documents without adding an archive
What do you like best? I do not need to add attachments and the mail looks more clean. Besides you can add a big amount of documents and archives and in th order of importance depending on what you need. Excellent tool for sales and marketing. What do you dislike? I would say that the way I pre view the archives is a little annoying sometimes, I would prefer the documents to be downloading instantly and not have the "preview" option. Good way to share presentation and content
What do you like best? Being able to ask for email before sharing content. Data Room Tracking how people have viewed our presentation What do you dislike? Would like some standard data analytics indicators like "Bounce Rate" - we noticed it when we uploaded a new version of our presentation. What problems are you solving with the product? Extremely useful tool for raising investment
What do you like best? Docsend lets me send trackable and non-downloadable presentation materials to potential investors. It lets me update the presentations investors have so no one's versions are ever out of date or off the current message, And it lets me know who is and is not looking at my materials. DocSend is a god send! It works so well.
What do you like best? I like the notifications and ability to track time spent slide by slide. What do you dislike? I haven’t found any downsides yet. I only have the basic service. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great tool, easy to use! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Control over sensitive documents; tracking tools to see who, when, how long and detailed consumption.
