Invaluable service
What do you like best? I love this product! I can track all the documents I send to clients AND see evere they're viewing content. It's easy to organize my original content, present from DocSend or even restore an expired link. What do you dislike? Nothing. Great Chrome plugin, great product... I've never had a negative experience. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can see everything I need to and more!

What do you like best? It's just so simple and easy. It's a great way to be able to see what people are looking at in your documents, how long they spend on them, and when they come back. It's a fantastic way to gauge interest and intent. What do you dislike? It would be nice if there were a few more pro features. The only one that I can think of now is that when I use a signable document, I'd like that document to be automatically sent to our lawyers for archival purposes. ...

What do you like best? 1. The quick notification when someone has viewed the content 2. The level of detail (info on the person, how long they spent on the document) 3. Great experience, super easy to use, incredibly valuable
What do you like best? Upload and tracking is super easy. I love how document can get signed via DocSend now too! What do you dislike? Nothing! What do you like best? Easy to use. Fast upload and no size limit. What do you dislike? It would be great to have deeper analytics for document viewers. DocSend is great! Essential part of our Sales process, our team (and clients) love it!
What do you like best? The fact that I have a simple online repository for client collateral/materials. We update these "Client Materials Pages" (Spaces) and have clients bookmark them so they can go back and review/access everything we've presented to them in the past, from initial sales presentations to account assessments and so on. I definitely recommend Docsend for fundraising or sales
What do you like best? I love being able to track who is truly referring me to other people when fundraising and knowing what content is relevant vs which one is not. I also love being able to update the content as much as needed on the same link. This was one of the top key features for me , especially for decks, they evolve so much and so fast.
