Amazing, user-friendly LMS platform

What do you like best? I love the customer service and the almost overwhelming amount of features the platform offers. It's truly the ideal LMS for internal audiences (how we use it). PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I find it to be highly flexible. I like its user interface, import functionality, and user administration. Its built-in app stores makes it one of the most unique tools out there. It does more than just an LMS. it can used as an HR portal or as an add-on portal for recruitment. Content developer learning new potential

What do you like best? I like the flexibility of the system for Mobile app, individual courses, and learning plans. What do you dislike? Account creation has been the main downside for our users, but we are going to utilize an integration to solve this problem. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Knowledge transfer to internal and external learners. A single place to deliver ILT, e-learning, videos, and documentation is a huge benefit.

What do you like best? I like Docebo's user experience. The UI is crisp, clean and easy to both design and navigate. Keep working to make the admin/creation experience easier for administrators. What do you dislike? Docebo's biggest struggle is with their customer support/service. What do you like best? That users can enroll themselves. Ease of copying sessions to create a new one. What do you dislike? Not being able to talk live with a support person. The chat function is a HUGE improvement but sometimes it is just more efficient to talk live to explain a question/situation. What do you like best? Docebo has been a great partner over the last year since we implemented the product. What do you like best? The vision of how to deliver learning to your audience using the latest technology, methods and support. What do you dislike? Amazing LMS

What do you like best? Docebo is a fantastic LMS with seamless integration and able to meet most of our needs. What do you dislike? Some of the admin functions are not intuitive and the mobile learning isn't where we need it to be...yet. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ability to meet both our internal and external training needs.

Power User Profile Enhancements

What do you like best? I appreciate the intuitive learner and admin experience of Docebo. What do you dislike? I would like to see the gap between Super Admin permissions and capabilities and the existing Power User profile capabilities diminished. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Allowing multiple roles internal and external to my organization perform LMS functions without the need for the Super Admin role.
