Wonderful company to grow with

What do you like best? Eagerness to help find solutions for our business model then implement them. What do you dislike? While I love the new features, there are some foundational features that seem to have been left unfinished. There are some typical LMS features, common to every other LMS I have worked with that do not seem to work. The retraining model not linking to completion of the original course for one. Recommendations to others considering the product: Do your homework ...

UX is great. Support could be better.

What do you like best? The UX, design, look and feel. Ease of use What do you dislike? The Mobile experience using Articulate Rise courses and web links is not the best experience. Navigating out from the course and back again is not good. The lack of tracking time spent offline is needed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We’ve just started and excited to solve our business problems with Ashley.

Intuitive platform with lots of configuration options

What do you like best? Docebo is fully customizeable and you can configure many different groups and branches to be able to segment learning to your users. Their chat support is always very responsive and helpful. Ask them a question via chat and someone gets back to you within a couple of minutes and you can chat through your question. What do you dislike? The notifications take some getting used to setting up and they can be a bit clunky. Certifications are also possible in Docebo, ...

Content developer learning new potential

What do you like best? I like the flexibility of the system for Mobile app, individual courses, and learning plans. What do you dislike? Account creation has been the main downside for our users, but we are going to utilize an integration to solve this problem. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Knowledge transfer to internal and external learners. A single place to deliver ILT, e-learning, videos, and documentation is a huge benefit.

Customer review

What do you like best? That users can enroll themselves. Ease of copying sessions to create a new one. What do you dislike? Not being able to talk live with a support person. The chat function is a HUGE improvement but sometimes it is just more efficient to talk live to explain a question/situation. Not happy with: unable to copy notifications, filtering functionality, shopping cart (if someone doesn't pay right away, they get stuck in waiting jail) , unable to tie notifications to ...

A work in progress

What do you like best? I like Docebo's user experience. The UI is crisp, clean and easy to both design and navigate. Keep working to make the admin/creation experience easier for administrators. What do you dislike? Docebo's biggest struggle is with their customer support/service. Their insistence of pushing everything to the KB and actively working to not get on the phone is very frustrating. Many times I feel that customers know more about the product than Docebo employees. This is a ...

Unfavorable Support Experience

What do you like best? How customizable the platform is and how easy it is to get content in. What do you dislike? Issues that come up during releases or behind-the-scenes releases that are not communicated out properly. Many times I have come across something like catalogs not sorting properly and chatted only to find out "yes, we are aware of this". What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our onboarding process has been expedited in our ...

Extended Enterprise Premium

What do you like best? Some things come to mind but the flexible licensing system based on active users is a huge benefit as we are working with customer enablement and often have high fluctuation on people that access our LMS. The power to have as many unlimited registered users and only pay for the once being active during a given month has proven invaluable for this usecase. What do you dislike? In some cases issues on the platform such as bugs take a quite long time to fix. The ...

Intuitive Interface

What do you like best? The UI is fantastic. Easy to navigate for both administrators and end users. Love that it has SSO, integrates with Zoom and LinkedIn Learning, and more! What do you dislike? Wish we had the ability as administrators to see what the learner sees but I understand this feature is coming soon. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? - Streamlined our training - Tracks usage and overall ROL for our stakeholders
