Divvy/Bill was a game changer for us
Divvy was a game changer for us, it gave us the insight, control, and flexibility our growing businesses needed with the app giving instant approvals, etc. Since we've been using it, they've also added expense reimbursement (for when someone can't use the card) and other remarkable features. The only thing would be if the reimbursements were more immediate and utilized the charge account it would be much better still. The best part it is completely free to use and offers cash-back benefits.

Bill makes it easy for all of our employees to submit their expenses and makes it very easy on accounting to create invoices. The built in filters are great.

Easy to use interface and app. If my users can figure it out anyone can. Just a fantastic overall company who looks to work with us.

Extremely easy for both administrators and team members
Very easy for the team to use and for administration to set up. Easy to move budgets from one team member to another, make temporary adjustments, etc. Easy to get cards for new team members. Coding of expenses is easy, uploading receipts is easy, requesting reimbursement for mileage and out of pocket expenses is easy. Redeeming rewards points is easy, but this does take longer than you'd think. Approvals are easy, and assigning approvers is easy.

Streamlined and easy to use
Prepaid cards have been great for our business. The Divvy platform is easy to use for everyone to upload their receipts. Managing budgets, users, and cards is simple!

As an organization we're saving time…
As an organization we're saving time using Divvy. It's easy to upload receipts and code expenses. Divvy integrates with Quickbooks Online so all the expenses map directly to QB. We've been using Divvy for about 8 months now and love it. Training modules could be done better but the customer service was quick to respond to questions.

Perfect fit for non-profit soccer organization…
We run a non-profit soccer organization and wanted a way to distribute funds that would allow for our coaches to keep their personal and team funds separate. Bill was a great solution that allowed us to monitor and distribute funds for 24 teams quickly and easily.
