GAME CHANGER!
BILL Spend & Expense has been a game changer when it comes to accounting for our church. It allows us to allocate funds from line items on the budget to individuals who manage that ministry. This helps cut through the red tape and all the unnecessary steps so that ministry can happen without delay. BILL Spend & Expense's ability to catch fraud saved us from having our accounts drained. Great product, saves so much time!
We started using Bill Spend and Expense/Divvy in 2018 and have loved how seamless it has made our month-end closing process; their NetSuite integration saves us time by automatically uploading our credit card transactions as pre-defined expenses. Users can enter notes about the charges they put on their cards, as well as upload pictures of their receipt (which means more accountability for when employees use their card). Going to Bill has been a game changer…
Going to Bill has been a game changer for managing our company's transactions. Paying vendors and tracking payments is very easy & integrates with our accounting system, so no duplication time or errors. The credit card system (formerly Divvy) also gives us greater flexibility to give employees access to credit for only approved purchase amounts and tighter internal controls. Highly recommend switching over to Bill.com!
