Great Product to Simplify Expense Reporting
What do you like best? I like that the app notifies the user at the time of purchase so they can quickly fill in the expense information and take a pic of the receipt. I also like that you can set budgets and give a card to everyone in the organization without worrying about how they will use it. What do you dislike? I would like for the rewards program to be a little further along but they are working on it and I'm sure it will be great in the future. What problems are you ...

Divvy has been excellent! It really has saved us a lot of time and pain in expense management.
What do you like best? Ability to easily budget and control company expenses. What do you dislike? Divvy is a new company and our company is an early adopter so we have worked through a lot of the growing pains, but the company has worked very closely with us and and our needs. Very good experiences all around. Customer support and our account manager has been very responsive to our needs. Recommendations to others considering the product: Divvy is a game changer for Finance ...

Awesome tool for control and time savings in a nonprofit
What do you like best? We're able to arm all of our employees with cards but still have complete control and visibility into spending. We've also eliminated many many hours of work chasing receipts and guessing at how to categorize expenses after the fact. What do you dislike? You can feel that Divvy is still a startup; every once in a while there are issues with their processor or delays in being able to update budgets. As an admin, I can't change budgets inside the app but only on ...

Easy to manage and powerful tool for expenditures
What do you like best? I love the app and how easy it is to get notified about transactions, approve requests, and log receipts. What do you dislike? We had some issues waiting for the cards to arrive. Divvy is making changes often and sometimes the development speed goes too fast for us to appreciate improvements. Recommendations to others considering the product: Start using it for a few features and get used to it. You will it so easy that you can then start to use to ...

Intuitive Interface with Easy Transaction Accounting
What do you like best? Transactions appear immediately and choosing the correct billing account is very easy. What do you dislike? The app doesn't have as much color. Coloring the icons in the navigation bar, and perhaps coordinating them with the titles would help that. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I cannot say I've had any problems with Divvy so far. It has worked sufficiently on every occasion and it has not crashed once.

Implementation is a breeze
What do you like best? Our cardholders now have no excuse to why they don't have a receipt or documented business purpose. What do you dislike? Sync to QB Desktop could be better. I currently export to CSV and have it formatted to import to QBD within 30 minutes. (once a month) Recommendations to others considering the product: No approval structure like you might find with Expensify, or Concur, but much greater integration with CC's compared to those, considering they are ...

Great experienc
What do you like best? Divvy saves us a huge hassle and simply works, we've really enjoyed it. What do you dislike? Their app was a bit clunky at first but they seem to roll out updates quickly. Recommendations to others considering the product: Definitely worth using. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As a small org we didn't really have expense reports or an easy way to let employees spend corporate money. Now we do.

Divvy for our sales team
What do you like best? Divvy makes it incredibly easy to fund and allocate budgets to specific team or reps. I love the app and easy access to each user's spend. This is much better than the more traditional credit cards. What do you dislike? There isn't much that I don't like about Divvy. It could stand to incorporate a little more reporting detail and trend across the team, as well as better ways to alert the rep and manager when there's an unexpected spend or they are nearing ...

Divvy is a godsend.
What do you like best? Divvy is super easy to use. Better than anything I've used in the past. What do you dislike? I have glitches with the app. The red notification dot never seems to go away without much deliberate effort. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's the easiest way for everyone to manage their own funds and their teams funds. It's quick and simple to add, freeze or delete users, update funds or adjust budgets. ...
