Very nice product, getting better as we go
What do you like best? It's easy to use and the support is great What do you dislike? Several features are not fully developed or not fully documented yet. there isn't training for everything - especially the new features that have just been deployed. Recommendations to others considering the product: As of October 2019 the software is still developing fast. For us, the quality improvements are well worth it compared to our prior vendor. But if your team is unhappy in a ...

It may or may not be a fit.
What do you like best? Spend management is what they do, and they do an excellent job of this. What do you dislike? It seems that Divvy strongly favors companies with a very specific need or set of needs. Businesses will generally fall into multiple categories. Could be single member, could be member owned, could be corporation, etc. The challenge with this segmentation is that each type will have their own types of needs. I don't feel that Divvy supports the lower end of needs ...

Great product for keeping detail records on budgets
What do you like best? Love that there is not cost to "consumer" - have used the credit card love the ease of adding transactions via mobile app. Just starting to use their bill pay option so far seems easy to use. What do you dislike? Not totally sure - hoping the intergration with my regular Quickbooks will not be too difficult. We do not use the 'online" Quickbooks. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Two great features - no ...

Started in their beta - some growing pains
What do you like best? I love the new approach to expense management and being able to divvy up budgets very dynamically. What do you dislike? There were a lot of growing pains with our account. Lack of communication around our credit / freezing accounts / etc. They ultimately worked hard to fix it but was very difficult at first. Recommendations to others considering the product: Discuss business credit upfront to better understand if you need to put down a cash line of ...

A great concept for coordinating Sales and CS team expenses
What do you like best? The ability to easily track expenses, receipts, and transaction types and control budgets to avoid overspending when needed. It's also nice that people can easily request additional funds if needed. What do you dislike? Occasional crashes and strange app behavior. Nothing that keeps you from using the core functionality though. I'd like to see more integrations, especially with Slack. Recommendations to others considering the product: Don't just use the ...

Loved it, I want to use divvy for my family/teenagers.
What do you like best? The best part about Divvy is the ease of use. I had a manager who managed my funds and if I ever needed more funds he could give it to me super easily. What do you dislike? Really there wasn't anything that I disliked about divvy. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping a budget is significantly easier with divvy. It's easy to know what you're spending and what your team values because you can see how ...

I switched my company off of Divvy for a time. Then I came back.
What do you like best? Stability and simplicity. Divvy constantly updates their platform for usability and their recent redesign makes everything significantly more smooth. What do you dislike? Occasionally unintuitive. You can get lost as an admin pretty quickly. The notifications in the past have not linked to the actual actions required. This has mostly been remedied. Recommendations to others considering the product: I don't see any downsides to using Divvy. What ...
