"Excellent and simple cloud hosting provider"
What do you like best? The fastest spin up/tear down of any cloud provider I've worked with and very dependable. DO is very affordable compared to other providers and has a very no nonsense approach to providing simple and easy to use cloud based infrastructure.

"An excellent service at a great price"
What do you like best? The service is incredibly easy to use and is incredibly cheap. I use Digital Ocean for testing various pieces of software safe in the knowledge that I can configure an instance and tear it down when I'm finished with it. It supports the deployment of various OS' in a single click and there is a wealth of tutorials to help you get started if you need pointers for anything.

"Amazing product and team"
What do you like best? Digital Ocean not only offer great products at reasonable prices, but most importantly their support team is second to none. I have had problems that were my fault and they still helped, and they are only a tweet away.

"A very happy user for a while now"
What do you like best? How easy it is to create an account and an image. Everything just works, images/VPS's are created in no time and the DigitalOcean dashboard is very user friendly. Also the price was great in comparison with other hosting providers (with the same specifications), I switched from shared hosting which was of course lots cheaper. But for a VPS DigitalOcean was pretty low in price.

Also the price was great in comparison with other hosting providers (with the same specifications), I switched from shared hosting which was of course lots cheaper. But for a VPS DigitalOcean was pretty low in price.

What do you like best? Setting up VPSs just work, it's very easy to boot a new one and start setting it up or use one of the existing recipes to generate a server with some functioning application stack. I find it very developer friendly and the amazing community is one of the biggest assets Digital Ocean has, with plenty of tutorials.
