Gets the job done

What do you like best? Love the Salesforce integration. Makes it easy to connect to accounts of our donors so we can keep track of who's talked to them and what was discussed. What do you dislike? Dislike that sometimes the Salesforce integration pops up with multiple matches even if it's the same person. Wish there was a way to combine those. Love it!

What do you like best? I can make calls at a very economical rate. It's been great and there hasn't been any problems with the audio. What do you dislike? The interface can be slightly confusing at the start but nothing you can't get used to. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helps me keep in touch with all customers. I think it's great having such solutions to communications in business.

It's nice to have a separate phone number for work in the same mobile device

What do you like best? I can answer calls using either my mobile device or my computer and since it works over an internet connection I don't need to use cellular data for work related calls. I can call from almost everywhere and it has a great feature of translating the calls you can't answer as a text message, I really liked this feature. What do you like best? Customer service has been outstanding. When I have reached out with technical questions, I've received prompt, helpful attention. What do you dislike? I had issues with AT&T's modem that created call quality problems. It was no fault of Dialpad's. Once I was able to obtain a new modem from AT&T and change a couple of settings, Dialpad has worked fine for me. I would recommend that Dialpad advise their new customers that have AT&T as their ISP to look into ...

Excellent phone service at a great price

What do you like best? Dialpad is great at what it does. It allows us to connect with our customers regardless if we are in the office or on the road. The fact that it uses an A.I. to transcribe the conversations in real time is pretty good as well.
