It's a god alternative to giving your personal phone number

What do you like best? I like it as a messaging tool with my coworkers, kind of like slack, but they aren't doing that. What do you dislike? The image sharing feature needs to be improved on. What do you like best? Dialpad Talk is an easy integration to use in office on desktop computer, away from office via laptop, and from iPhone. I love the reporting side and ease of use. Dialpad is a user friendly experience. I'm very grateful for the service it provides.

What do you like best? How easily it syncs with the database we use at my place of employment (NXT/Raiser's Edge). What do you dislike? I have no complaints thus far. Overall, the system is wonderful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? One of the benefits I enjoy is the capability I have to send and receive direct messages to our constituents. I also appreciate the App that easily connects to my phone.

Amazing service with integrations for everything

What do you like best? Integrates with everything (Salesforce, Outreach, Front, etc) and has a very easy mobile app and desktop/web app. Overall it’s the perfect phone system that doesn’t add a lot of complexity or any hardware while still staying simple and easy to use. What do you like best? I really like that there is an app for my cell so that I can use my phone and my computer. I also really like the texting feature from my computer/app. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Dialpad installs on every device I use. Laptop, cell phone, tablet... This allows me to be away from my desk and not worry I will miss a call work related. What do you dislike? I find the transcription log of the call not helpful at all. The voicemail transcript is equally bad. You need to listen to the audio file to make sense of what the caller said. Must use solution especially if you travel internationally

great for calls and messaging

What do you like best? I like that I do not have to use my own phone number. Setting up and making calls is really easy and so was the setup and getting acquainted with Dialpad. I also like that on my computer I get a notice on the side. What do you dislike? I think the voicemail transcript can be improved, overall it is good.
