Great service teams of all sizes

It's a god alternative to giving your personal phone number
What do you like best? I like it as a messaging tool with my coworkers, kind of like slack, but they aren't doing that. What do you dislike? The image sharing feature needs to be improved on. I want to be able to zoom in. I also want to click on an arrow to go to the next photo... not have to exit out and click on the next photo. I also want gifs to work. Easy to use, ton of useful features, fair price
What do you like best? That you can use it anywhere seamlessly: desk phone, app, web. And that it integrates with other services like our CRM system. What do you dislike? Takes a little bit of work to set up, nut you only have to do that once and support was very responsive. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Some of our team is remote, and it finds everyone where they are seamlessly.
