What do you like best about deskbird? Deskbird is an easy to use tool to manage the usage of our workspaces. What I like is the option to block rooms with a high data security setup and optional storage space areas. So we can see what desks are free to book and what areas can only be used by users from IT or HR. What do you dislike about deskbird? For "casual" users it may be overhelming at first login. But can be fixed by good documentation and the direct help from our helpdesk ... so it ...

What do you like best about deskbird? deskbird is easy to use and highly intuitive. the design is clean and minimalistic, this is always very valuable in an app. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to organize their office space. What do you dislike about deskbird? it only makes sense if everyone is using it and remembers to check in. if the space appears to be free because the people who booked it forgot to check in, it can be disappointing for somebody who thought they got lucky on ...

However, I would appreciate more possibilities in the mobile app to customize my interface, i.e. by defining which tab is shown when opening the app or by being able to set filters (e.g. the floor) that are then saved for future use. What do you like best about deskbird? Easy booking of a workplace with web app or mobile app What do you dislike about deskbird? Check-in after booking sometimes sucks, but you could deactivate it, so it´s no problem with Deskbird. ;-) What problems is deskbird solving and how is that benefiting you? We have almost no "private" workplaces in our ~35 sites in Germany anymore, so you must book a desk when you want to go to the office. And we use Deskbird for Covid-19 screening.
