"An easy to use, versatile booking solution."

What do you like best about deskbird? Deskbird allows me to easily book desks and parking across a number of our businesses. What do you dislike about deskbird? I would like to be able to book further ahead - which I believe to be a simple tweak. What problems is deskbird solving and how is that benefiting you? Deskbird allows us to monitor occupancy and demand across our businesses, whilst identifying colleagues to better enable in person meetings.

"Easy to use, less usefull for smaller companies"

What do you like best about deskbird? It's userfriendly, easy via app & website. Nice to have the pictures there. What do you dislike about deskbird? Not downsides perse, but for us there isn't too much value in it for most of the people. Some do use it as a way to see if they will also come to the office, but I think a lot of people also just use is as a 'they have to'. What do you like best about deskbird? The technical team who helps install the deskbird on the workspace and the whole team is super helpful. However, the feature I like the most is QR Code scanning and restricted access areas. What do you dislike about deskbird? We were notified whenever we had updates/upgrades, and that increased the downtime, and also stakeholders were affected on a bigger margin. Effortless desk booking and planning tool, with a steadily expanding repertoire of features and swift support when encountering problems with a multitude of causes. What do you dislike about deskbird? Nothing comes to mind, considering the above. What problems is deskbird solving and how is that benefiting you? "Deskbird fills a gap where (Google) calendar was not able to visualize office presence"

What do you like best about deskbird? Deskbird is easy to use and fulfills the desire to show who is in the office and who is working from home. What do you dislike about deskbird? The resulting overview is nice, but the way of scheduling repetitive presence on fixed days of the week might prevent people from using it. Reminder emails help, but can also be perceiveded annoying. Booking a desk (apart from indicating you are at the office) is not used by all. It did not appear to be a problem ...

DeskBird is solving a hybrid workplace environment issue, and as an IT admin, that makes my job much easier

What do you like best about deskbird? The overall product is very good , login options from mobile app and web app , both are possible . What do you dislike about deskbird? They have very bad techncial supports and changes are deployed without any prior notification which leads to blockers. What problems is deskbird solving and how is that benefiting you? it is helping us in space management by providing out employees ability to book workspace in advance.

Deskbird employees react very quickly to inquiries, problems and queries The app is very clear and easy to use What do you dislike about deskbird? the response time of the app sometimes leaves a lot to be desired What problems is deskbird solving and how is that benefiting you? this app is really great for the cooperation and coordination of employees
