It 's very cheap than other chat system also they define 90days trial so you can implement website and you can trial all feature in 90days What do you dislike about Desk360? I could not see the ability to transfer the administrator account, if the installer will not use it, he cannot transfer the seat right. but the support team helps with this as well. What do you like best about Desk360? competitive price, easy installation, friendly support team What do you dislike about Desk360? Slight delay problem in switching between pages, inability to assign roles to the team in social media management What problems is Desk360 solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Desk360? The simplicity of its design and how easy it is to follow any task or SLA. What do you dislike about Desk360? The down side is, it takes around 5-10 minutes to receive the "ticket" after the actual mail arrives to e-mail inbox. What problems is Desk360 solving and how is that benefiting you? We are receiving all inquiries in Desk360. Receive it on one page, create reports that is helpful to follow up agent performance & inquiry volume.
