What do you like best about Descartes MacroPoint? The majority of our carriers are familiar with the product and the app and are more open to accepting it. They have a new user interface, New Control Tower 2.0 that is really great.

What do you like best about Descartes MacroPoint? MacroPoint is very beneficial to our business and it is a great platform to use for digital tracking. They are very helpful when questions arise and get back to us in a timely manner. The people who work there are very knowledgeable and always put you first. Very friendly people and work in a quick and effecient manner.

What do you like best about Descartes MacroPoint? We prefer that all tracking be done via our ELD integration vs cell phone. Cell connectivity is unreliable, especially when traveling in areas that change cell tower providers frequently.

What do you like best about Descartes MacroPoint? I LIKE THE FACT YOU CAN CHOSE TO HAVE 15MIN, 1HOUR , OR 4HR UPDATES. I ALSO LIKE THAT I CAN PULL IT UP AND IT WILL TELL ME IF A DRIVER IS HIDING THERE LOCATION OR HAS DISCONNECTED

What do you like best about Descartes MacroPoint? Macropoint is nice because it doesn't try to do too much. ELD integration and ability to set the length of tracking time and email correspondence make it easy to use. We use Descartes Aljex so native support and integration is nice as well.
