"Macropoint is a life saver"

What do you like best about Descartes MacroPoint? When i need to give updates to an after hours support team for customers I can easily use the integration within our system to see drivers location pings in whatever intervals I wish.

What do you like best about Descartes MacroPoint? Macropoint is very helpful to know where my trucks are. It also is helpful to judge the trustworthiness of carriers. Ones that are hesitant to use it (when we're the ones that pay for it) are usually the ones more likely to fall off anyway.

What do you like best about Descartes MacroPoint? The most helpful is the listing of locations along with the map view. It allows us to send updates to customers on ETA's for pickup/delivery

What do you like best about Descartes MacroPoint? The ability to go over the API documentation and work with the tech team on implementing a custom solution for tracking loads. Utilizing the API docs, we were able to easily integrate the tracking solution into our web backend.
