HORRIBLE!!!
HORRIBLE!!!! First off, it's very confusing! 2nd, it's VERY glitchy and the tier 1 team can NEVER fix the issue, they have to escalate to tier 2. Tier 2 takes a while to get back to you. If you have to be escalated to tier 3, good luck getting your issue resolved, they may or may not get to you at all. It's simple things.....like one of my employees is showing a different category for pay, regardless of what I have told it to do, it is not working. You'd think it would be an easy fix. We ...

Helpful Tool
