"Not pretty but extremely powerful"

What do you like best about DemandTools? It's very easy to use and so well integrated with Salesforce and all your objects. Plus, you can see what you changes are going to happen before you make them. The main use I have for DemandTools is the De-Dupe functionality - which is amazing! What do you like best about DemandTools? The DemandTools suite of software gives the admin amazing abilities to dedup, clean, and otherwise manipulate data in their org. It also can be used to analyze data to spot trends to see danger, before it threatens the integrity of the database. What do you like best about DemandTools? I've used CRMfusion at 3 different companies and will be recommending them at my current company as soon as our current contract expires with another vendor. Adjustable duplicate blocking allows for the flexibility in preventing duplicates while allowing g=you to set the amount of tolerance for matching that makes sense for your business. What do you dislike about DemandTools? can be tedious to get set up initially and adjust. What problems is DemandTools solving and how is that benefiting you? "Accurate, easy to use"

What do you like best about DemandTools? Easy to use, but still powerful algorithm that lets your search for duplicates in a different set of ways. You can even save the scenarios you use to dedup. What do you dislike about DemandTools? Old interface. They could have a faster drag-and-drop tool that could accelerate the process. What problems is DemandTools solving and how is that benefiting you? Avoid duplicated records. People working on different records when should be the same one.

What do you like best about DemandTools? It can dedupe the salesforce records based on the customizable criteria. Some of the criteria that we use are name and address, SSN and EIN. What do you like best about DemandTools? The best part about DemandTools has been the ability to self-learn while using their videos and help files. Testing different things out and being able to revert has been awesome. I LOVE my DataLoader, but DemandTools has become my go-too tool for anytime I need to make mass-updates to my org.
