Wish I could do less than 1 star. Please do not use this service if you value your pictures. They will delete everything, no warning. Complete garbage of a company.Trust me.

Holds files for ransom

Had to use degoo "100gb free cloud storage" to back up my files, about 60gb worth so i could install a new OS on my PC. When i tried to re-download files it will tell you that you need to upgrade to premium to download multiple files. Do you actually expect someone to download 65gb of files individually! It does not say anything about this when choosing the free plan. This is a form of ransom.

I was tempted

I was tempted to purchase more than one lifetime account. At first they had a desktop client for backup and restore now they do not. There is no way to use 10 Tb of cloud storage efficiently without a desktop client. There is no way to sync cloud files locally without desktop client. I was and still afraid from storing my files there. Money wasted. Ready to sell mine half of the cheapest current price if someone is interested (message privately).

I am reading all reviews and people which maybe losed there files and cant believe!So can someone give us some advice about from where we can buy tb storage!? ( Storage for lifetime. )Even its not 15 tb like this plan from this topic.I am opened for your opinion.Which you can share in the comments.Thanks.

A scam service

This was the worst digital service I ever enrolled into. I used to have 7Tb. Never used more than 1Gb. Supposedly "lifetime". They wrote me saying 4 files from more a thousand were not in accordance to terms of service. Ok, fair enough. Instead of warning me, removing files or asking me to do it, they simply close my account/space in a short message without any right to have my account and files backed up back! And obviously they didn't gave my money back. It is a scam service! #NeverDegoo!

Je ne sais pas pour la version payante mais personnellement je suis très content de la version gratuite qui fonctionne parfaitement et propose 100 Go de stockage gratuit.

Degoo's paid service is a scam

Degoo's paid service is a scam. Search and read reviews before buying. Zero-knowledge backup and restore are only possible on mobile devices. The Windows client was discontinued. Backup and restore is very slow and progress indicators do not work.

Personal photos deleted randomly

I removed my photos from Dropbox due to the limited space thinking I'd found a bargain on Degoo. Only to find after uploading all my pics which I'll never see again were deleted within months special memories all gone 😭 never ever trust this fraudulent cloud storage.

Same as others - lifetime account deleted

Same as others. I purchased the lifetime package, thought it was an absolute bargain and it was too good to be true. Within a few months of paying my money I was told there was a copyright issue and they deleted my account along with all my photos etc. :( tried contacting for help which was a waste of time.PLEASE AVOID - feels like a scam to take your money then delete your account to make room for others to pay up and the cycle continues.
