Degoo are, beyond doubt, the worst IT company I have ever dealt with
Degoo are, beyond doubt, the worst IT company I have ever dealt with. The backup software they provide is crude and difficult to manage. Unannounced limits are introduced such as the 5,000 file upload per session limit. Not only that but they don’t provide a method to identify which 5,000 files have been uploaded so how can you upload any more? The upload speeds are dismal. Also their suggested fix to the upload problem is to use "boost mode" which consumes 40% of CPU and doesn't improve ...

Hahaha
Degoo, Polarbackup, ElephantDrive, Thunderdrive, 4Sync etc.SCAM cloud storages spring up daily and still people keep falling for it.If you don't do your research properly before buying these scam then maybe you deserve to be scammed.

A total scam
A total scam! They call your backed up mp3s a "violation of copyright", shut you down and keep your money. I thought this was encripted anyway??? I signed up and paid $100 for a lifetime 10 GB plan. After a few months I got a notice that I have violated their copyright policy and their proof was mp3 titles. Why would I not want to back up my music library in case my computer hard drive crashes? They deleted my files
I saved loads of files onto Degoo and they emailed to say due to inactivity they might delete my files. I missed this email and they deleted my files after not logging in for a couple of months. I'd avoid.

ive tried several times to contact…
ive tried several times to contact these people about the help needed you don't get anyone help at all at any time, when you download everything to it they then refuse you to take it back unless you pay for it or you have to download one at a time and the quality is ruined anyway so please don't waste your time

Terrible company
Terrible company - it doesn't reply to support tickets, and has a limit of 30 Gb download per day that it doesn't advertise.

Terminated account due to alleged copyright violation
I bought 10TB for lifetime in nov 2019 and in sep 2020 I received an email that my mp3-files violated someone else's copyright. I own the CDs that I used to create the mp3s from and have them on my mobile phone. As far as I understand I am allowed to do this under the Swedish copyright law, so I appealed.
