They will delete your account
They will delete your account due to “copyright infringements.” Insane. Unusable for backup. I lost so much data. I had a lifetime subscription.

They must live up to their promises
They must live up to their promises. They discontinued their iOS iMac app & I felt like I wasted my money. I don’t ever enjoy this app. I had stored the whole of my computer stuff on this app but when discontinued the iMac app, I lost everything! I don’t think folks should trust their privacy with this app. I’ll be grateful if their ever restore the updates on both iOS and android. They just conned us

DO NOT RECOMMEND
1. They have a bot scanning your files for your content. It will trigger a red alert for copyrighted materials and Degoo will threaten to delete your drive. There's an option to appeal, but good luck with that: not many people were successful with that. 2. Sure you can upload to your drive, but have fun retrieving your files - it's difficult and hard. 3. Outdated and unresponsive UI and no dedicated desktop app to manage your files. Final words: don't use it

Account Copyright Infringment
I don't really know what to say about this service. I'm on the free plan, but I was looking to upgrade, and then I got an email saying that there was a copyright infringement. To be fair, there was, but I never shared the files with anyone, so I thought, even though the files weren't end-to-end encrypted, Degoo wouldn't care. I'm not sure what will happen to my account if it gets terminated; hopefully, they will delete all of my files from their servers and the personal data they collected.
