They have full access and regularly review your files. Do not trust this company. Any backup service that does not encrypt and scans your files is shady. I had what seems to be a common experience. They claim you have copyrighted material and delete your account keeping your money. I had my own, personally produce, music on their service which got my account shutdown because my music was copyrighted - to me. Appeal process was not simple and was denied.
