Stars deducted for fake 'account violation' notice
2 stars deducted so far for their 'account violation' email. Approx 50 weeks ago I purchased a lifetime 10TB plan with this company. I have about 1TB in use. I hadn't had any issues until recently when they claimed the DVD backups (ie I have the DVDs on my shelves), upscales from those DVDs, and my Mum's birthday video infringe their copyright procedures. I have 'appealed' this decision and threatened legal action against this company for breach of contract. So far they have not responded. ...
