No support you are on your own, also beware that your files are not as secret as they make out, the scan your files looking for any items that they think may be copyright infringement regardless to weather or not you own the copyright, so basically you are being snooped on

I really like the fact that you get such large amounts of cloud storage and for free.

No problems found using this site and makes a useful backup to my normal cloud backup, which is a backup to my Google drive backup, which is a backup for something else. When every single photo I've ever had that are irreplaceable are uploaded or everone for the last 10 years I've taken is on my phone, it's just good sense to have a plan A,B,C @ D, just incase. Threatening to cancel my lifetime subscription because I have copyrighted stuff

Recently I got an e-mail saying I have copyrighted materials in my cloud. Yes I do, I have my personal backups here. Degoo it's not your business, what I backup in my storage ebooks I bought or music I have or what ever it is.
