"Great salon program"

What do you like best about DaySmart Salon? The program is user friendly as I'm not very tech savvy, plus if I have any questions, they are pretty easy to get a hold of for help. What do you dislike about DaySmart Salon? There isn't a barcode scanning option that I have seen. What problems is DaySmart Salon solving and how is that benefiting you? The report function is great and I love that it calculates payroll for me. Plus it makes tax time easier!

Also, they are continuously working on providing new add-on options (Reputation Management, 2-way Texting, Text Marketing) relevant to growing my business. What do you dislike about DaySmart Salon? What do you like best about DaySmart Salon? I find it most helpful that when we contact their customer service they are always friendly and able to answer our questions. What do you dislike about DaySmart Salon? Some challenges on waiting for all of the functionality transitioning to the cloud from the desk top version. What problems is DaySmart Salon solving and how is that benefiting you? Each employee having access on their own devices is extremely beneficial.
