"Love DaySmart software. It easy to use & keeps my business organized."
What do you like best about DaySmart Salon? I'm able to keep track of all my clients, their formulas, and all of their history. Not to mention it makes tax time very easy, to just print my reports. Ive used other salon software in the past, and this is by far my favorite! What do you dislike about DaySmart Salon? I'm not sure if I can keep track of my booth renters. "User-friendly with all the Necessary Features"
What do you like best about DaySmart Salon? What I like best about DaySmart Salon is that it has all the features (Online Booking, Payroll, Remote Access) that I need to start my business. Also, they are continuously working on providing new add-on options (Reputation Management, 2-way Texting, Text Marketing) relevant to growing my business. What do you dislike about DaySmart Salon? "Great salon tool!"
What do you like best about DaySmart Salon? It's fairly simple to use and intuitive. Great features - appointment, embedded online booking, reputation management. What do you dislike about DaySmart Salon? UI can be a bit clunky and outdated. No feature to create custom reports and searches. Not as easy to find previous transactions. "User friendly with great customer service."
What do you like best about DaySmart Salon? I find it most helpful that when we contact their customer service they are always friendly and able to answer our questions. What do you dislike about DaySmart Salon? Some challenges on waiting for all of the functionality transitioning to the cloud from the desk top version. What problems is DaySmart Salon solving and how is that benefiting you? Each employee having access on their own devices is extremely beneficial.
