Whenever we reach out for assistance, we usually get a response within a few hours! Our privacy program is also relatively new, and our privacy team consists of two people! What do you like best about DataGrail? The DataGrail interface is easy to use and makes privacy compliance as simple as possible. DSARs were an intimidating prospect but now that they're operationalized in the platform, we feel well positioned to respond to them appropriately. We've also been extremely pleased with the level of support we receive - from weekly standups to internal trainings and working sessions, Patrick is a godsend!

For most of the other vendors we considered, the DSAR service was just part of a large suite of solutions, and consequently, those people spent more time pitching us on the upsell to the kitchen sink.
