Our Engagement Manager, Catherine Miranda, was there every step of the way, and alongside her was Bryan Pressley, our Customer Success Manager. The onboarding project plan kept track of deliverables, milestones, and responsible parties so that we could easily assess our progress. And the DataGrail team has been professional, punctual, and an overall pleasure to work with.
