It's a one-stop-shop for important customer information and it's accessible right at your fingtertips. It's made my job easier! What do you dislike about Databook? What do you like best about Databook? Its user friendly, and is concise. Databook makes reviewing the 10K/Annual reports much easier! What do you dislike about Databook? What do you like best about Databook? There is a lot of data for an account on record including internal news external news and the peer comparison is very helpful. What do you dislike about Databook? Databook's company executive/employees information is lacking. It would be great to have a built in org chart based on the contacts that are in the system.
