Easy to install
Easy to install. Installation did NOT affect existing setup of WiFi and Bluetooth devices (BIG bonus). Automatic startup very effective. Appears to have slowed printing a little but all other response times are unaffected. Very pleased with purchase.

Refund
I had made a mistake by not stopping my auto renew on time and canceling my subscription,but the matter was resolved online and my refund was in bank account 3 working days after.
