Minimal speed reduction, overall great service
With current Cox internet, minimal reduction in speed. Reliable service with easy to switch servers in many global locations. As an English speaking person, communicating during enrollment was easy as well as payment process. Also, the Chrome extension is easy to use.

The product and service were great
The product and service were great! I had to cancel it due to personal reasons but they did it immediately full refund and no questions asked (I cancelled it on time though) but I had the service for about 5 years very happy with it. Thanks!
