What do you like best? I enjoy being able to create my own custom websites and being able to pull detailed reports to share with clients. What do you dislike? I think there are often 3 or more things you have to update in order to get the correct outcome. The system can do everything, but you have to lead the change yourself

What do you like best? Cvent does have the full-package for both small and much larger events/Conferences. It is also working on building the few things it still relies on third-parties for - like Speaker Management and Exhibitor Resource Management. I believe that have done an excellent job at building a full suite of solutions, and their roadmap direction is on point. What do you dislike? Switched from Reg Online and find it a bit more complicated

What do you like best? I like that we can access multiple events easily. I like the preview option of the website registration page and being able to customize it how I like it. I like the ease of creating name badges and using the print your own option directly to the printers. What do you dislike? What do you like best? When configured well, Cvent provides a very streamlined experience for guests. There are many features available. What do you dislike? In order to configure an event properly, a lot of back-end work needs to be done and it's easy to miss a setting. Also, many of the features are not yet available on the new Flex product. Cvent's set up is not intuitive and needs to be memorized in order to use

What do you like best? Cvent is maleable which allows it to be manipulated for what you want. What do you dislike? However there are certain restraints on how it can be manipulated which are extremely frustrating. Also the set up is not intuitive at all. What business problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Cvent has worked incredibly well for us although we have been a little slow with using it. Flex has opened up our registrations pages and allows us to make it more personalised, we love it! What do you dislike? Loading mailing lists, this seemed to of caused a bug which meant it took hours to upload the document, we did have good support from the team which meant the issue was resolved. What do you like best? I'm not sure there is a particular part of Cvent that I "like best". What do you dislike? Menus for creating and managing events are not user-friendly. Site designer is clunky and feels like your using software from the early 2000's. Event with the new features, it's not straightforward. What do you like best? I like all the integration that the programs allow. Creating the event in CVent and then uploading into the CrowdCompass app is super simple! What do you dislike?
