Helpful tool to have for event management but could use more intuitive updates for back end users

What do you like best? Being able to search for an event registrant without having to know which event they attended. I also like being able to duplicate an existing event to create a new event and only having to adjust dates for automated emails. What do you dislike? The system is not very intuitive. What do you like best? None more time consuming manual reports. What do you dislike? Not user friendly even with the help options Recommendations to others considering the product Create a how to videos or step by step directions on how to implement tasks. Many of the issues I experienced, I was not able to get help with. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The ease of use on management side and the ease of checking people in at arrival. What do you dislike? The scanners do not work in plastic badge holders What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Basic lms with simple reporting features

What do you like best? I like being able to customize data analytics and reporting features to zero in on each user's progress in a certain survey. What do you dislike? The organization of surveys and products can be visually confusing on the back end. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Analytics and data regarding our waiver training courses.

What do you like best? I like the ability to change the information regularly. What do you dislike? I do not like the rigidity of the structure when creating conference websites. I wish I had more control over what the structure looked like. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is quite costly.

What do you like best? The system was very easy to navigate to different areas of the CVENT system. The Help & Support section is very extensive and easy to understand and navigate. What do you dislike? I did not like how hard it was to customize website layouts & registration questions. CVENT has been a very important program for our business

What do you like best? I love that Cvent hold all of our information and allows us to easily pull reports to access information. It is also easy to find information in the cvent community pages as well. What do you dislike? I dislike that cvent does not allow us to do everything we want and has some limited capabilities when it comes to templates. We have not been able to manipulate pages in a way that is most convenient for our registrants but overall works well for our company. ...

Easy for Meeting Planners and Attendees

What do you like best? I like the Cvent on arrival app the best. It is the easiest and fastest way to check in onsite attendees, without lines! What do you dislike? There are usually things that will go wrong with the onarrival, that seem to be out of your control, such as items defaulting back to beginning settings, etc.. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Creating the most user friendly way to check in attendees onsite.
