What do you like best? It is highly customizable ; it is also very intuitive What do you dislike? there a number of ways to do do things and have the same outcome, but sometimes I am not sure which is the best way to go about it What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? takes less time to go in and make changes

Wonderful Cvent Experience
What do you like best? We use Cvent for our conferences and the capabilities always amaze me. Anything we imagine we would like to make a part of the registration process we have been able to do through Cvent. What do you dislike? Strong product, but nuanced
What do you like best? Data centric system that feeds a data junky like me well. Strong Customer Support. What do you dislike? A ton of CVENT jargon and complexities, nuanced and specialized. Good tool, lots of options
What do you like best? so many things that can be implemented in cvent, bringing the small details of our event, to life. What do you dislike? things are scattered around. Some things you manage under event, some under Admin. It's hard to keep it all straight. Recommendations to others considering the product it's complicated, robust. Cvent is very helpful
What do you like best? The most helpful part of Cvent is the customer support. Every time we call into customer support with a question, it is always solved by the end of the call. What do you dislike? I don't love that all the products seem to be so disconnected. I wish there was a single sign on for crowdcompass and cvent and all the systems. Very thorough, easy to use product out of the gate!
What do you like best? The ease of use of this product out of the gate is unparalleled. With the help of the attentive Cvent staff we are able to effectively navigate the platform and make our event vision come to life with few hiccups. What do you dislike? The best platform for events- hands down!
What do you like best? i LOVE how intuitive Cvent is-- it makes me job of coordinating 75+ meetings per year so much easier and I couldn't do it without this specific platform . What do you dislike? Nothing- I have had nothing but great experiences. Immensely Helpful
What do you like best? The flexibility of the reporting is very important to me. What do you dislike? Duplication in contacts with different email addresses. If a registrant for a past event registered for a current event and used a different email address or a shortened version of their name, a new contact was created. That made tracking back difficult. Comprehensive System for Meeting Planners
What do you like best? I love the Cvent makes the site selection process less manual. We are now able to send out RFPs to hotels across the country at ease. What do you dislike? Cvent is great
What do you like best? I like the emailing functions and customization. I also like the ease of creating custom web pages. What do you dislike? I dislike that when you make a custom data tag or custom registration questions it sticks around in every event. I also dislike that is saves registrant's emails and remembers them, which causes issues when we have the same people attending multiple conferences. Cvent will auto populate their previous information from a different conference. ...
