Great Event Management System - some quirks
What do you like best? I love the interface and the ability to customize the webpages without HTML knowledge. Customer support is A+ What do you dislike? There have been some glitches in the software that have slowed down our process. Text boxes that have a delay when typing (for the customer. Not a big deal but not great. Cvent for the Win!
What do you like best? They make everything for event planning easy and configurable. What do you dislike? Some of the screens take long to load and you have to move back and forth between different workspaces to do one thing What business problems are you solving with the product? The registration process went so smoothly using Cvent
What do you like best? Having most of the attendees pre-registered in the system What do you dislike? Attendees saying they registered but they were not in the system. Comprehensive Platform for Event Planning
What do you like best? I like the fact that Cvent has a solution for nearly every situation my event planning presents me with. I love the registration paths and how you can create a different customize experience for each type of registrant. I also love their customer support service. Minimized time spent on tracking attendees
What do you like best? We used to have 6 different spread sheets, survey monkeys and other tracking sites. This does all the work for us and we can trust that all reports we pull are accurate and up to date. What do you dislike? Our biggest draw was the flight tracking, would be great if there was a way to link the guest PNRs to the main registrant PNRs when sent over to the travel agency. What do you like best? Speed and reliability, Reaching out to multiple venues at the same time. Faster response times, better offers for venue space What do you dislike? Cvent has taken our events to the next level!
What do you like best? I love the reports and all that you can create with this software. What do you dislike?
