Love this product!
What do you like best? I love the widget based building format for websites and registrations. As a person with no webdesign experience it makes it easy for me to create great looking sites with minimal effort. What do you dislike? Amazing
What do you like best? Cvent Flex is so easy to use - drag and drop! It was life changing. I feel more confident after 3 months using Cvent than i did from 3 years of our old events platform. What do you dislike? I think there is still room for improvement, mainly flexibility for different event needs. User Friendly
What do you like best? I like how it is very user friendly, if you have no experience using a registration software it is not difficult to learn. What do you dislike? Being able to customize certain things and having to pay for additional items such as CPE tracking. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to reach someone via chat very quickly is a huge plus.

What do you like best? I like that you can quickly register for the event and come back in to make any changes, etc. with minimum hassle. What do you dislike? I didn't personally build an event, but from the user end, I think continued visual/aesthetic improvements would be good. Robust event management tool
What do you like best? Customer support is always on top of it when you're able to get ahold of them. The support chat feature is extremely helpful if you're able to get through. The robust features Cvent provides. What do you dislike? Clunky, rigid, over complicated interface. Cvent is trying to answer with flex registration but has so many capabilities that aren't rolled out yet that it makes it hard to even start using. Organized with great customer service
What do you like best? The system allows me to organize my event in the way which works for me and my needs. The customer servive team are always helpful and prompt with follow ups. What do you dislike? There is not enough customization on the web page and back end. Would like to see a comprehensive table seating system added to the registration. The flexibility is nice, but it is not for the amatuer
What do you like best? i like that it has an updated look and feel to look like actual websites these days What do you dislike? it requires graphic designers, etc. it also is not as customize able as promised. the hotel reservation section is not user friendly at all. I think it does much more them most people know how to use it
