What do you like best? The front end is light years better in appearance than the previous cvent designs What do you dislike? Cvent is a lifesaver!

What do you like best? Cvent is the top-of-the-line registration platform. Our attendees quickly and easily navigate through registration on complex events, and the reporting tools available are endless. Registration is simple to setup and the system walks you through step-by-step. If you do run into an issue, Cvent's Chat support is amazing, and will walk you through finding a solution. Flex is a much needed upgrade

What do you like best? I like the ability to design the website will looking at it. It's an easier version than the standard registration. What do you dislike? It still has some unintuitive features as the standard registration does. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to keep much better data about our events, who attends and it is helping our school development and prospective sponsorships.

Fun and easy to use

What do you like best? The support offered is really incredible. And how customizable everything is. I've never had an issue that I couldn't find some workaround for. What do you dislike? Sometimes we get a bit ahead of ourselves and try to use features that haven't been released yet, but only realize it after it's too late. Great event management

What do you like best? It is great to be able to use different registration type required questions. Also, the capability of asking for registrants to upload files really helps. The reporting capability is great as well. What do you dislike? Mobile devices do not require certain questions be answered, which creates so extra work. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Smoother registration process.

Not intuitive

What do you like best? I like that Cvent event pages can be designed to look appealing. What do you dislike? I don't like that the back end of Cvent is not intuitive at all and you need hour-long trainings to do basic things. I also don't like that one page on the back end doesn't always speak to another, so you're made to do double work inputting the same information. Cvent os great - wouldn't receommend any other platform!

What do you like best? Cvent helps our company streamline the registration proccess for our clients and makes our day to day tasks even easier! What do you dislike? At times there are unnecessary steps to accomplish one small thing in Cvent. Great Products

What do you like best? Ease of use and connectivity with other product offerings. What do you dislike? Features that are not yet active with flex such as registration tracks. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Cvent is the only platform I have used in my current role but the reporting and tracking benefits are very helpful and time-saving.

Cvent has such various hotel selections.

What do you like best? I like they get back to me quick. Cvent is very useful and efficient. It is very easy to access their web page and request what I need. What do you dislike? I would like to see more hotel details; such as breakfast. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is easy to find hotels.
