Interface is accessible to all levels of users.
Integrates with external tech stacks via open APIs.
Manages events from sourcing and budgeting through to reporting in a single platform.
Limited custom features, which may be restrictive for users needing more control.

Great Customer Service and Support. Wonderful tool for our events!
What do you like best? This has helped out state agencies manage various events and is so simple to use! What do you dislike? We have not found anything to dislike so far. The only thing that slows down use is our own red tape. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Events using limited platforms to sell tickets or manage registrations online have been a challenge in the past. Cvent gives us visibility and functionality we have not ...

Helpful Tool
What do you like best? Finding new properties that haven't opened yet. What do you dislike? There are too many ads mixed in with search results. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Do not like new version - harder to navigate than old version.

Great program for event management
What do you like best? The Cvent representatives were very thorough and easily accessible, and did a good job of keeping us on track. Managing invitees and attendees was also fairly straightforward. I found the design aspect of creating events significantly easier once Flex was introduced. What do you dislike? The wait to hear back from Cvent representatives...generally it's a 24 hour ordeal which is disappointing because I'd like to be able to work on an event throughout one entire ...

Tech Tours are very informative and helpful to learning cvent
What do you like best? Attended the tech tour at McCormick Center in Chicago this past September. It was very informative and helpful for what I needed to learn for our own upcoming conference. What do you dislike? There wasn't anything that I disliked about the tech tour. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Cvent makes planning events more automated.

Event management has NEVER been so easy!

Great Tool
What do you like best? I like that the software is easy to navigate and has a great customer support community in situations where I can't find what I am looking for. I do not often have to reach out to speak to anyone because the information is so readily available for any one to review on their own. What do you dislike? I dislike how expensive the registration tool is (per person cost). What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use ...

Efficient Event/Meeting Database for internal and external information
What do you like best? I like how user friendly Cvent is. We recently launched Cvent usage in our company and we are all getting the hang of it. Cvent allows us to store internal notes and external (clinet) information within. We used to use google doc to store and track information but Cvent is much more efficient. When it comes time for our events, Cvent is the one-stop-shop for everything event related before, during and after our events. What do you dislike? I dislike how ...

The best conferences and conventions
What do you like best? It is a fairly complete program for event planning, it has good and great tools that make the experience good enough. Everything is automated, from the planning to the sale of the tickets, through the perfect inclusion of date and time of the event, you can add the number of people who can attend and make the invitations. It helps you with templates to make it easier to register the event if you do not know how to do it when you start using the program, for some ...

Great resource that takes time to learn
What do you like best? Cvent is a great resource that keeps all of your information in one place and organized. The smooth transitions between platforms is easy to use. The day to day event management and organization is a breeze on Cvent. What do you dislike? Cvent is difficult to explore without any previous knowledge or experience. It is difficult to learn and not always visually appealing/ easy to find things. The transition between classic and flex events has not been easy ...
