What do you like best? It was easy to keep track of all of the responses and run reports directly from that weekly prior to the event. A great event management platform

What do you like best? I like how you can take different pieces of registrants' information when you need them. Dietary needs? you can grab that, email information, you can grab that, who paid by invoice, you can filter that. What do you dislike? Where to find things isn't intuitive. For instance, if you need to adjust an amount someone paid, you click on an arrow next to their name, not their payment. What do you like best? The customer service is great. I appreciate their expertise. What do you dislike? I don't feel the site is that user friendly. What do you like best? Once you're set up the work flow feels very streamlined. Registrations system works great. Centralized visibility and organization really helps with the overall processes. Does everything you need, but not user friendly

What do you like best? While a lot is not intuitive, the actual page setup is pretty easy to navigate and the pages created can contain all the info you are looking for. What do you dislike? It is not intuitive at all. There are a lot of instances where what you need to update is in the last possible tab you would image. Cvent seems full of possibilities

What do you like best? I like that it is one stop solution for events - with registration, e-vites, web page within the same program. I also like the ability to customize templates to unique look. What do you dislike? I find the program not very intuitive for non-web savvy people. I have web and html experience and have found my way around to customize things and build templates but even setting up the events and subsequent pages the way to do so isn't really obvious. What do you like best? The implementation specialist was pretty helpful throughout the setup process. What do you dislike?
