It allows us to pick and choose what information we need from our attendees and can even handle more sensitive payment information. Awesome tool for our company

What do you like best? I love how all of our events and various proposals remain organized--Really helps me manage the work load. What do you dislike? The downside is the formatting of the emails but I can live with that! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The benefits are being able to send surveys after our events and get feedback from clients AND have it stored in a place where we can refer to it for future events.

Easy to prep and use on site.

What do you like best? Ease of updating in real time. I was able to update bios, schedule changes etc and it was updated real time in the app. What do you dislike? Can be a bit time consuming to set up on the front end. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
