What do you like best? Within Cvent I like their customer service most, as they are prompt, helpful and takes the initiative to call you to solve cases. The surveys are easy to use as well, as well as the e-marketing function. You would need someone that can build emails well on HTML in email marketing for your email campaigns. When uploading your contacts for emailing, they automatically clean for you all duplicate emails within your excel sheet (very useful when you have 1001 names and ...

Amazing product!
What do you like best? My favorite part of Cvent is the ease of use from the initial contact to the survey at the for the registrant. Being able to send out personalized links within emails, importing into the system to create pre-populated information, the beautiful websites that can be created, and reporting. What do you dislike? I wish you could transfer reports you built into a program into another. I use a lot of custom reports and it gets tedious building then in every program. ...

Cvent takes the stress out of registration management!
What do you like best? My favorite part of Cvent is the ability to send out personalized links within emails. These links allow for the registrant to see exactly what you want them to. Once they hit register it will pre-populate any information we have imported into the system which makes for a seamless experience for any attendee! What do you dislike? I wish that the system had better integration between a registrant and their guest. It often feels as though the two are very ...

Excellent customization and the highest level of professionalism.
What do you like best? The customer service is always excellent. The ease of use of the product overall allows for the user to both learn new skills quickly and test out new options for future events. What do you dislike? Some of the features that I rely on are not carried over throughout the entire product (eg: some of the search/filter selections.
