What do you like best about Cvent? Cvent makes my job easier!! I love that they are always trying to make the product better. What do you dislike about Cvent? The support team. There is ALOT of turn over at Cvent and the team's responses are very inconsistent. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Reporting, easy build process, centralized system.

What do you like best about Cvent? Cvent has made our meeting planning a one stop shop for us! We love being able to have everything we need at one place. I dont know where we would be without it! What do you dislike about Cvent? The HTML portion is very tedious and takes us forever to use. My call log to cvent customer service is long. One change in HTML can screw up the entire site. The downside I have found is updates to the software - you have an event built and then an update is pushed out and you have to rebuild a step in you template(which can be very difficult.)
