What do you like best about Cvent? Cvent is so customizable, so that you can build your events the way you envision. What do you dislike about Cvent? There is a learning curve to learning the program, but once you know it, it's great. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Checking in attendees on-site is a huge need for us, and OnArrival achieves that.

What do you like best about Cvent? Formatted templates make event builds easy. I like the fast and thorough support received via the 866 phone number. What do you dislike about Cvent? That for my company, and I suppose most others, that it must be used alongside other software behind the scenes. In our case, that is EMM.
