What do you like best about Cvent? Registration, different paths, allows you to copy events if you have annual ones. Their help line is the best What do you dislike about Cvent? Interface, at times the inability to execute an idea (such as a bundle) without difficulty. Web page is not as aesthetically pleasing as something such as a wordpress site. A bit confusing to figure out how to add on event check in. need a more design-customizable website platform for events. Kind of difficult to edit events if you made a mistake. What do you like best about Cvent? I like how there are so many options when creating events. The flex feature is my favorite because I am able to make an event really quickly using only little detail, which is usually all I need. What do you dislike about Cvent? Contacts/contact groups/importing can be difficult. Sometimes, I create a contact group but then have to go back and re-add them all into another group. What do you like best about Cvent? The tool is very robust and allows for a lot of customization What do you dislike about Cvent? There are some limitations in regards to data protection and Cvent occasionally promises features they are not able to deliver What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? We streamlined the event registration process as well as provided exceptional internal reporting. The attendee experience is so much better with Cvent.

What do you like best about Cvent? I love the designer features, makes everything much more appealing! I used to struggle with the aesthetics of our old platforms but everything looks great now! What do you dislike about Cvent? A lot to learn at once, but once I got some practice it was a breeze! What do you like best about Cvent? We are small non-profit - if we didn't have Cvent I wouldn't be able to do all the other event planning functions that are part of my job! What do you dislike about Cvent? It's not always intuitive to use and since we only have two conferences a year I usually have to brush up on my skills when I got to do an new event.
