"Great event management and room ilist tool!"

What do you like best about Cvent? I love the easy template creation and ability to tailor each event website. What do you dislike about Cvent? I wish there was a smoother way for users to add their room list. Sometimes they overlook this part with the current layout. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Managing 100s of attendees, gathering and compiling their hotel stay information and keeping track of past participation/attendance.

What do you like best about Cvent? I like the rewards system, as well as the relevant tips and tricks of the trade earned. What do you dislike about Cvent? Instead of the pathway to paid services that cost an obscene amount of participation(certification costing 5000 points, and 5000 points taking literally MONTHS if not YEARS to accumulate) It would be nice to be offered something to boost my career at a more feasible cost. Im not asking for free, but come on. I have been on this system ...

"An all-in-one solution for complex events"

What do you like best about Cvent? The Event Management and the Attendee Hub portions of the tool mesh seamlessly, so adding the Attendee Hub to our toolbox was painless when we had to picot to virtual events at the drop of a hat. The Attendee Hub doesn't have a ton of options for personalizing it, but that also makes it easier to deal with. "Customer service is awesome"

What do you like best about Cvent? Customer service is by far the best in the biz. Always available, always helpful and there is a case database so if you run into the same issue, you can go back and look at possible solutions and guidance. What do you dislike about Cvent? Roadmap is a little slow - they tease with great features that the deliver on...eventually... Recommendations to others considering Cvent: Account rep is not very responsive and it took a VERY long time to complete ...

IT WOULD BE NICE TO BE ABLE TO MEET FACE TO FACE Recommendations to others considering Cvent: THE LICENSE IS EXPENSIVE BUT THE COST IS 100%WORTH IT. Takes a bit to learn how to use, so many things you can do What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Better solution for us than using Eventbrite. One benefit is that there is an optional donation option now.
