What do you like best about Cvent? Record keeping/reports, one stop shop for all registration items. The most helpful things in Cvent is the reporting tool that I can use to pull attendee lists, exhibitor lists, keep track of speakers, keep track of who has and hasn't paid, among many other features the reports have, like cross event reports or email tracking reports for my marketing focused colleagues. What do you like best about Cvent? It is a great tool to set up and schedule events, set reminders, monitor checkin etc. What do you dislike about Cvent? there is not a lot to dislike, it is a lot of info that has to be covered but nice flow of info that doesn't require duplicate input What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? event planning, tracking attendance

What do you like best about Cvent? Being able to easily navigate between sessions and track who attended each session. What do you dislike about Cvent? Extracting post-event data and reports was not super intuitive. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to meet and host continuing education events during covid restrictions.

What do you like best about Cvent? I attended the TechTour during 2019 Cvent Connect in Las Vegas, NV My favorite part of the Tech Tour was our stop at the mobile app help desk! We loved that idea so much that we incorporated a help desk for our own CrowdCompass event app into our largest annual conference 4 years ago and have had a mobile app help desk each year ever since! What do you like best about Cvent? I feel it is easy to find and manage attendee records. What do you dislike about Cvent? I dislike the new look overall. Everything is so much larger and takes up a lot more space on my screen. I fortunately have additional monitors, but if all I had was my laptop, I wouldn't enjoy using CVENT at all with the new look because there is too much extra scrolling and sliding the bars left to right to fit on one screen that is so small. "Overly complex and over priced - locked in by contract."

What do you like best about Cvent? Their new web platform is much nicer than it used to be. What do you dislike about Cvent? There are so many things to dislike. They own the URL so doing Google Ads to boost attendance is tough. You can add a custom URL for an extra $1500 per. Your Google search results are not great and there is not much you can do to fix the SEO.
