We used CVENT for our event registration, event website, and event app. I found the app setup to be intuitive and there were plenty of different options within the app for customization. "Easy navigation makes for easy use!"

What do you like best about Cvent? I can easily find what I'm looking for to create an event, register attendees, manage registrations, send emails, and so much more. The dropdown menus, larger font, and support features make navigating the site easy. What do you dislike about Cvent? What do you like best about Cvent? Without a doubt, it would be the customer service! Whenever I have a question, I can either call or use their instant chat feature, and within minutes my questions have been answered. Every person I have ever interacted with is SO NICE. What do you like best about Cvent? This platform has many features and qualities that make it useful and useable for online experiences. What do you dislike about Cvent? More opportunities for dynamic content are needed. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? We needed a way to hold our annual conference during a pandemic. Cvent allowed us to do so, but our clientele have limited technology experience and had some issues using the platform.

What do you like best about Cvent? Having all the tools to execute a seamless event in one system and the ability to connect it to your CRM is extremely efficient and saves an enormous amount of time while being extremely accurate. If you ever need assistance or have a question, there is always someone available to help. What do you dislike about Cvent? There are no real downsides except it is expensive.
